Cancellation, Returns and Exchanges

Return policy


Returns will be accepted only if the shipped product is defective or different from the ordered product. (Only if we are notified within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise.)

Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, we will not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for the following items.

Merchandise that has been in the package for more than 7 days
Merchandise whose package has been opened
Merchandise that has been used


Basically, we do not accept cancellations or returns due to customer reasons, so please choose carefully when placing your order.

We will accept returns or exchanges for customer reasons only in the following cases

If you contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
If the product is unopened and unused.

Please contact us first. The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.



<In the case of exchange of defective products or delivery of incorrect products, etc.>

However, in the unlikely event that the "wrong product" or "defective product" is found, we will replace it with a good product that is identical to the ordered product, except in the following cases.
In that case, please contact us within 7 days after the arrival of the product and return the product to us.
In addition, please understand that even in the case of defective products, etc., we will not be able to refund or reduce the price.
If an exchange is not possible due to out-of-stock items, we will issue a refund. Refund methods for credit card payments will be in accordance with the credit card company.
